We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing critical analysis and insights to inform business strategy and decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize financial results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing KPIs and business performance to provide actionable insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, working closely with business leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Create and maintain complex financial models to analyze trends, profitability, and costs; provide forecasting and scenario analysis for decision-making.
• Track and evaluate financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with departments (sales, marketing, operations) to provide financial analysis, track performance, and support initiatives.
• Evaluate cost structures, analyze spending trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support special projects, business cases, and new initiatives with analytical input.
• Improve financial processes, tools, and systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing financial models for new initiatives or investments.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
