Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical / clinical staff, students, and patients. Perform other duties as assigned / requested.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:Minimum of 1 year experience in performing mammography is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Post high school completion of an ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology is required. 1-2 years of college/university and/or undergraduate degree in a radiologic technology or clinically related field is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION:40 hours of training specific to mammography is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT registered IN Radiologic Technology (RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer required. Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is required within 12 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
