Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A is seeking a career-minded tax semi-senior to prepare and review corporate, partnership, estates and trusts, 990s, and individual tax returns. Gross Mendelsohn was recently named one of Baltimores top workplaces.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of tax accounting experience with a public accounting firm
- Must be a CPA or CPA candidate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills. Experience in CCH ProSystems Engagement and Axcess a plus
- Experience with manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, long-term healthcare providers, and construction companies a plus
- Independent self-starter able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic
- Interested in growing a career in public accounting

Compensation
Compensation is based on skill level, experience, education, degrees, and certifications. Employees are eligible for discretionary bonuses, including tax season charge hour bonuses or total annual charge hour bonuses based on meeting hours requirements.
