Experience in orthopedic, da Vinci robotic surgery, gynecology, urology, and spine is necessary. Work schedule includes 4 to 10-hour shifts per week, with start times as early as 5:30 AM. On-call duties may include up to 5 weeknights per month from Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM - 7:00 AM. There may also be on-call duties for 1 weekend per month from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday. Holiday call may be required. The unit includes 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and 1 procedure room. Surgical specialties include general surgery, robotics, urology, breast, spine, gynecology, and endoscopy. BLS certification is preferred.
