About the role
Within the global supply chain quality team, the role of the Supplier Quality Associate is to ensure the quality compliance of suppliers providing Reckitt with materials or products for the Wilson site and to support the audit network across North America. The scope includes both existing and new suppliers, as well as support of other audit types in the region.
Your responsibilities
Lead audits for new and existing suppliers at the Wilson site, from planning through completion.
Draft technical agreements for raw material and component suppliers.
Ensure local supplier procedures align with Reckitt’s global policies.
Maintain monthly supplier quality KPIs.
Enforce compliance with regulatory and Reckitt standards to mitigate consumer and brand risk.
Publish audit reports and technical summaries within 28 days.
Recommend supplier approvals or rejections.
Escalate QMS failures via Reckitt’s Critical Event Process when needed.
Recommend supplier training and quality improvements.
Implement supplier risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and QA to resolve supplier issues affecting safety, compliance, and performance.
Support supplier evaluation and re-approval based on risk.
Assist with internal and external audits at Wilson.
Conduct local audits across North America and support the broader audit network.
Complete training to qualify for regional corporate audits.
Organize and lead formal meetings with top underperforming suppliers.
Consolidate site-wide supplier performance data from production teams.
Document meeting minutes, track corrective actions, and update stakeholders.
Participate in FMEA and Change Control for new packaging projects.
Ensure supplier controls are in place when required.
Conduct system audits for new suppliers/projects and field audits to verify implementation.
Audit and reference new North American suppliers to confirm factory readiness.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience in manufacturing and packaging preferred
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and packaging operations, including raw material, and packaging material production and control / Experienced and qualified lead auditor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Available to undertake local travel as needed to support audit needs
- Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising deliverables
- Excellent influencing skills, diplomacy, and tact in difficult situations
- Motivation and self-confidence in external environments
- Organized and capable of delivering concise written or oral summaries to management
- Ability to work independently is essential
- Effective communication skills and ability to debate and negotiate with external supplier staff
- Ability to lead improvement plans with key suppliers.
- Good production knowledge and understanding of business processes

Salary Range
Range for the role: 72,000 - 108,000
Hiring range for the role: 72,000 - 90,000
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
