Early-stage (vertical RL) company looking to hire a Sr. Applied RS with a strong background in deep reinforcement learning.

Qualifications:

• Staff-level Applied RS with MS or PhD in a technical field and 6+ years industry experience in reinforcement learning with 1+ years with LLM's (ideally, in agentic AI).
• Successful track record as a self-starter in 0->1 scenarios with a proven ability to take SOTA models into production.
