Base pay range

$239,700.00/yr - $304,200.00/yr

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to serve as the Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution . In this role, you will orchestrate GTM strategies that drive business growth, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable execution plans!
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution :

  • Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • Assess market trends and optimize Go-To-Market approaches.
Program Development:
  • Build scalable frameworks and processes for Go-To-Market program execution.
  • Establish governance models to ensure consistency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Partner with teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate a culture of shared ownership and clear communication.
Business Inspection & Stakeholder Management :
  • Monitor performance against strategic goals, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Manage expectations and align senior leaders and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement :
  • Build performance measurement frameworks and KPIs for GTM programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
Leadership & Influence:
  • Advise executive leadership on GTM operations.
  • Encourage cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact results.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in operational leadership roles with a focus on Go-To-Market strategy and execution or program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in developing scalable GTM frameworks and playbooks.
  • Strong critical thinking, business inspection, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
