We're Roger Healthcare ( building AI-powered clinical documentation for home-based healthcare. We give overworked clinicians their evenings and weekends back and raise the standard of elder care.

Were off to industry-leading growth, are backed by world-class investors, constantly shipping new products, and are looking for a talented Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to lead development of backend services and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Ship complex, 0-1 products and features using React and React Native
• Python and system design required
• Be adept at shipping quick MVPs and building scalable, robust systems
• Working knowledge of Docker and AWS cloud infra preferred
• Own backend-side technical architecture and drive code quality improvements
• Be primarily an IC day-to-day rather than a manager
• Collaborate with other senior engineers and mentor junior engineers
