Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.
Experience handling securities-related disputes and investigations.
Knowledge of federal and state agencies securities law enforcement.
Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the California or New York Bar.
