Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and financial planning objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain planning strategy to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee demand forecasting and planning, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure accurate projections.
  • Direct supply planning and capacity modeling efforts to support manufacturing efficiency and production schedules.
  • Manage inventory strategies to balance working capital optimization with service level goals across a broad product portfolio.
  • Utilize analytics and supply chain systems to enhance visibility, forecast accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, technology upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop a team of supply chain planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Support executive leadership in long-term planning and supply chain network design.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree .
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing S&OP and inventory planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems
