What's The Job?
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager AI/ML to lead our AI product strategy and executiondefining how Spectro Cloud delivers real-world value through intelligent platform capabilities, while establishing Palette as the infrastructure of choice for running enterprise-grade AI/ML workloads. Youll empower customers to deploy, scale, and operate AI-ready Kubernetes environments with confidence and speed.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our AI direction from a strong foundation of customer demand, technical experimentation, and early investments. Youll work cross-functionally to drive meaningful AI use cases across the platformblending deep technical understanding with a user-centric mindset.
Youll join a tight-knit, driven team of product and engineering leaders shaping the future of Spectro Cloud.
What you will do:

• Define and own the end-to-end AI product strategy, aligned with Spectro Clouds platform vision and enterprise customer needs.
• Deliver AI-enhanced capabilities such as autonomous operations, predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, and LLM-powered interfaces across the platform.
• Enable customers to deploy GPU-enabled clusters, ML pipelines, and scalable AI workloads on Kubernetes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements that drive real customer value and adoption.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and field teams to deliver features end-to-endfrom ideation to release and enablement.
• Define and track success metrics for AI-driven features and platform adoption in AI/ML workloads.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends (e.g., LLMs, MLOps, edge AI) and shape our roadmap with a future-ready perspective.
  

Location : This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in San Jose, California.
Salary range: $200,000-$275,000 OTE (DOE).
About You
You LOVE technology because youre curious, and you thrive building amazing products that are a joy to use, even with complex technologies such as Kubernetes.
You will thrive in this role if you have:

• A background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with ideally 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, including CNIs, CSIs, and container orchestration.
• Experience working with ML workflows, model lifecycle management, or MLOps tooling.
• Ability to connect technical depth with customer outcomes, balancing feasibility, scalability, and usability.
• Strong communication and storytelling skillscomfortable engaging both engineering and enterprise customers.
• A bias toward execution, iteration, and continuous learning.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfort stepping in and covering for others when needed.

• Engineering interview - Chat with our engineers to evaluate technical collaboration and feasibility.
• Culture/Team Interview - A discussion on teamwork, values, and culture fit.
