Responsibilities

We are seeking a Full-Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN. Key details include:

• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• Patient volume: 18-25 patients per day
• Work hours: 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Ability to see patients of all ages

Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital includes outpatient primary care, ED, small acute care, long-term care, and home health services. Centerville is a peaceful rural town 50 miles southwest of Nashville, ideal for outdoor recreation and community living.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Licensure: Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners; KY license if working in Kentucky
