What can you expect?
The Retreat is a premier residential program providing unparalleled, highly personalized psychiatric care on Sheppard Pratts Towson Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to provide in-depth psychiatric care for complex patients with addictions, personality disorders, OCD, and those who have not found effective treatment for depression or bipolar disorder.
You will be fully involved in every aspect of programming for your patients, developing lasting relationships and helping them make meaningful progress towards recovery. The length of stay at The Retreat ranges from three weeks to several months, and you will be an integral part of ensuring that patients have the support that they need during and after their time with us. You will lead therapeutic group programming for the 22 residents of The Retreat and have an opportunity to build an outpatient practice for their ongoing treatment after discharge.

What we need from you.
- Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
