Northwell Healths Department of Family Medicine is excited to welcome Board Certified/Board Eligible Faculty Physicians to join our team at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY . Among other responsibilities, the Faculty Physician will play a key role in shaping the educational curriculum, working closely with the Program Directors and Associate Program Directors. They will ensure the program follows all regulations of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, providing a fertile ground for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising residents and other trainees, including medical students, caring for patients under the department's auspices.
  2. Coordinating and scheduling subspecialty rotations.
  3. Overseeing faculty participation in the outpatient curriculum.

Compensation:

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, influenced by factors such as physician specialty, experience, academic accomplishments, patient care quality, and productivity. This range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future.
