MedStar Medical Group is seeking pediatric hospitalist physicians for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions at MedStar St. Marys Hospital. Responsibilities include providing high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in newborn nurseries and ER consults.

MedStar St. Marys Hospital, located in Leonardtown, Maryland, is a 120-bed full-service hospital offering emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care. Pediatric hospitalists cover the newborn nursery, attend high-risk deliveries, and perform C-sections.

St. Marys County features highly rated schools, low crime, affordable living, and proximity to Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City, and Richmond, VA.

Ideal candidates will hold Maryland licensure/eligibility, be BC/BE in pediatrics, and have recent pediatric hospitalist experience. Skills in neonatal resuscitation per NRP guidelines, intubation, line placement, managing pediatric disorders, and stabilization prior to transport are required. Excellent communication skills are essential. Multiple shift options are available.
