Job Summary

CCAP Family Health Services, a Joint Commission Accredited NCQA III Federally Qualified Community Health Center, seeks a full-time Physician (MD/DO) in a growing, multi-site Family Medicine Practice. The practice offers integrated oral and behavioral health care, family-centered case management, and uses the NextGen electronic health record system. Sponsorship for J1Visa applications with multi-year contracts is available.

Requirements include licensure in Rhode Island (or eligibility), Board Certification in Family Medicine, and a community-oriented approach. Candidates should have a strong clinical background, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community health.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, including some evenings

Requirements

Maintain confidentiality of all health records in accordance with laws and policies. The physical environment involves typical clinical office demands, potential exposure to biohazards, and the necessity to meet vision and mobility requirements.
