Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition is accepting applications for a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our expanding program.

Our main healthcare centers include Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Grace Medical Center, and surrounding community practices.

Sinai Hospital serves the greater Baltimore community, as well as national and international patients. It is Maryland's largest community hospital and the state's third-largest teaching hospital. The Department of Pediatrics at Sinai comprises 40 full-time faculty members across more than 15 subspecialties. As a nonprofit teaching hospital, Sinai trains over 140 residents and 400 medical students annually. It hosts Maryland's only nationally accredited pediatric training program within a community hospital, including a pediatric residency with 25 residents, and serves as a regional medical campus for George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

We seek a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our collaborative team of pediatric specialists.

The Opportunity:

• Join an active Pediatric Gastroenterology practice with 3 Physicians, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, 1 Clinical Nurse, 1 Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian, and Administrative Staff.
• Primary location at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore for inpatient, outpatient, and procedural care.
• Additional outpatient and procedural opportunities at satellite clinics.
• In-office procedures include FibroScan and IB-Stim.
• Rotating day/night call coverage among providers for one week at a time.
• Participate in teaching, clinical research, mentoring, and committee activities within the pediatric residency program.
• Opportunities to teach medical students and visiting international students.
• Faculty appointments are available based on experience through affiliated medical institutions.

This is a full-time, employed position.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Ability to obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions
• Current or obtainable DEA and CDS licenses
• Interest in academic medicine
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $200,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and certification, with potential incentive compensation.
