Our new Family Medicine services expand our high-quality care to include care of children. We are seeking a dynamic Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant .
Reporting to the Site Medical Director or Physician Floor Leader, and collaborating with a Team Physician, the Fenway Health Team Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides health maintenance, acute episodic, and chronic disease-focused patient care to assigned patients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide direct medical services to Fenway Health patients
- Conduct psychosocial screening and evaluation
- Ensure appropriate documentation and credentials
- Engage in ongoing educational growth
Note: This position involves some remote work, including telehealth visits. Remote work hours and duties may change based on patient demand, regulations, and reimbursement guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a certified Family Medicine/Pediatrics NP program
- Current Massachusetts license
- Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues, patients, and vendors

Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care
- Experience working in diverse environments
