Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Cardiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings Countys Heart Health Center provides heart failure patients with comprehensive services to improve heart health and maintenance in a community-based setting. The hospital is academically affiliated with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and trains its medical students, residents, and fellows.

• Provide direct patient care, as well as coordinate clinical care, in the outpatient Cardiovascular Medicine Sub-specialty clinics and the Cardiac Non-invasive procedure lab
• Lead the delivery of quality patient care services - meeting or exceeding quality, patient and employee safety, and patient satisfaction
• Obtain complete history and physicals
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests
• Order medications and medical devices, as needed
• Interpretation of echocardiographic studies, exercise stress tests, and stress echocardiograms
• Perform and interpret Transesophageal echocardiograms
• Interpretation of EKG and Zio
• Provide instruction for Medical Students
