Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours per week) Attending Physician/Medical Director for split position between Casa Real Center, Santa Fe, NM, and Las Palomas Center, Albuquerque, NM.
- Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year.
- Clinical role requiring BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional Medical Director to promote clinical service delivery aligned with company mission.
- Coordinate with centers, regional management, and clinical programs to oversee implementation and outcomes.
- Accountable to Center Administrator and Regional Medical Director for clinical care and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve high performance in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
- Geriatrics specialization and Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA are desirable.
