Job Description
Clnica Mdica Familiar in Montclair, CA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team. We serve a diverse patient population and are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality care to families in our community. This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Spanish-speaking providers are highly encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking patients is a strong asset.
Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a family medicine setting
• Conduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and preventative screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings
• Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations
• Contribute to a culturally competent and patient-centered care environment
  

What We Offer

• Competitive Compensation:
• $300,000 Annual Base Salary (Full-Time)
• Up to $48,000 in Productivity Bonuses
• $40,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $10,000 in Moving Expenses
• Additional Benefits:
• $1,000 CME Allowance + 5 CME Days
• 15 Weekdays of PTO per Year + 7 Paid Holidays

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Valid California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Fluent or conversational Spanish is a plus
• A passion for community health and a patient-centered approach
