Swedish Medical Center is rapidly growing and seeking three full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Surgeons to join its practice, which has been part of the Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care team since 2001. This practice is integrated within a large multispecialty clinic, including Pediatric-trained providers in General Surgery, Pulmonology, ENT, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Sports Medicine, and Infectious Disease. The practice offers a strong referral base for prenatal consultations and newborns with Urologic concerns. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of Pediatric Surgeons and Pediatric Nephrologists who treat infants with congenital anomalies. Swedish has a busy ambulatory surgical service and close ties to Primary Care practices in the region. The facility includes a Level IV NICU, PICU, and in-house Pediatric Hospitalist service for inpatient care. Pediatric anesthesiologists and child life specialists provide experienced care to ensure patient safety and family satisfaction. Swedish Medical Group operates clinics on the hospital campuses in downtown Seattle and in Issaquah. The practice includes outpatient visits, consultations, and backup for nurse-led uroflow assessments, pediatric pelvic floor therapists, and a nurse practitioner managing voiding dysfunction and constipation.   • 0.5 FTE Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Urology
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Urology with skills in laparoscopy, robotics, and endoscopy
  • Current BLS and PALS Certification required
  • Annual compensation ranges from $212,714 to $297,163, potentially including incentives and benefits
