Position Details:

• Starting base salary: $300,000
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Compensation: mix of salary and wRVU production after salary guarantee
• Sign-on and loan options available
• Serve as core faculty for a recently accredited FM residency program
• Mix of outpatient Family Medicine and resident teaching, including inpatient and outpatient settings
• Additional qualifications: Addiction Medicine or Sports Medicine fellowship a plus

Qualifications:

• Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
• Interest and experience in resident education
• Maintain licensure and medical staff appointment in California
• Engage in ongoing clinical activity and faculty development
• Demonstrate academic achievements, including publications or research
• Leadership and organizational skills
