The Department of Pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team.
Tufts Medicine, in collaboration with Boston Children's, is reimagining pediatric care to meet new and emerging community needs. Together, we aim to push boundaries, expand access, and promote equity through a sustainable model of comprehensive pediatric care across Eastern Massachusetts. Our physicians, part of the Boston Children's Network Specialty (BCNSP) Foundation, are committed to research, education, and training future clinicians. This Pediatric Hospitalist role will be based at our community sites.
How you'll transform patient care:
- Develop longitudinal relationships with patients
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across our hospital network to serve the community

- Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with office objectives
Who you are:
- Board Certified or eligible in Pediatrics
- Licensed physician in Massachusetts
- Qualify for a faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine
- Passionate about teaching and training
