Compensation Package Highlights:

  • Base Salary: $315,000
  • Sign-on/Relocation assistance
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, life, vision, dental)
  • PTO, CME, 401K / Roth Program
  • Paid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEA, Tail coverage

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

  • Monday - Friday schedule: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, with built-in time for administrative needs and team meetings.
  • Combination of patient hours, team collaboration, and process design.
  • No nights, weekends, holidays, or take-home work.

Patient Care Approach:

  • Flexible patient volume and customized appointment times, focusing on comprehensive, high-quality care.
  • Move away from overly restrictive appointment slotsspend the necessary time to truly care for your patients.
  • Deliver comprehensive care, emphasizing preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree; board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license.
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare care team.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of building a modern healthcare delivery system in partnership with payers.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with value-based care models or alternative payment systems.
  • Familiarity with health technologies (telemedicine, patient engagement platforms, AI).
  • Proven record of improving patient satisfaction and outcomes (e.g., HEDIS, RAF, NPS scores).
  • A pioneer and operationally savvy physician willing to partner in developing an innovative healthcare clinic that aims to transform traditional healthcare delivery. The physician should prioritize patient satisfaction, champion creativity with AI, and embrace an open-minded, nimble approach to care.
