Position Highlights
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Closed, 30-bed ICU
- EMR: EPIC
Compensation & Benefits
- $378,560 for 182 shifts per year
- $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
- $100,000 student loan repayment

Role Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient care for your patient panel, including hospital rounds and coverage arrangements.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Document medical histories and physicals as required.
- Provide or arrange call coverage for clinic and inpatient care.
- Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and staff.
- This position is safety-sensitive; alertness and safety are essential.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctorate in Medicine
- Licensed Physician
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience
