1. Options for a 4-day or 5-day work week with no weekend coverage
2. Minimal, phone-based call shared with colleagues on rotation
3. Collaborative practice with advanced practice providers maintaining independent panels

5. Extended appointment times; 20-minute and 40-minute slots available
