Outpatient Psychiatrist Full-Time | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 2 Days Telehealth)

Locations: Multiple locations in Central PA

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Psychiatrist to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a hybrid model 2 days onsite and 2 days via telehealth each week. The position follows a consistent MondayThursday schedule , offering a stable, efficient workweek.

This role covers all age groups , with a patient mix of 60% adults and 40% children/adolescents , starting at age 5.

  • Conduct 60-minute psychiatric evaluations
  • Perform 1520 minute med checks, extended as needed for higher-acuity cases
  • Manage 40-minute med check transfer appointments
  • Complete 2 new evaluations per day, balanced with ongoing medication management
  • Rotate weekly through a designated regional clinic group:
  • Work alongside a dedicated team including nurses and patient navigators
  • MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
  • Experience treating both adult and pediatric populations
  • Ability to travel to assigned clinics 2 days per week
  • Proficiency in telepsychiatry
  • True hybrid role: 2 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Time allowances for high-acuity and SMI patients
  • Efficient onboardingcredentialing completed in ~3 weeks
  • Strong support staff and workflow optimization
