Details :

Provide direct inpatient and outpatient care for patients with hematologic malignancies, including management of cellular therapy (e.g., CAR-T) and autologous / allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including transplant coordinators, nurse navigators, and specialty RNs to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

• FACT-accredited for autologous, allogeneic, and marrow transplants.
• NMDP member institution.
• Strong referral base across urban, suburban, and rural areas.
• Epic EMR and advanced practice technology.
• 1 : 1 RN coverage, transplant RN coordinators, and full clinical support staff.
• Experience with CAR-T and immune effector cell therapies preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to collaborative patient care.

Credentials : Active California medical license. Board certification or eligibility in Hematology (and / or Medical Oncology). Fellowship training in Hematology / Oncology with a focus on cellular therapy and / or stem cell transplantation.
