A thriving, 370-bed hospital located on the South Texas Coast, just an hour from Houston, is seeking a full-time GI physician to practice 4.5 days per week.

This is a stable practice that allows you to be as busy as you want, with annual income potential into the $1M+ range.

The Position:

• Monday-Thursday schedule, half-day on Fridays
• Current GIs perform procedures in the morning and see patients in the clinic in the afternoon
• Average of 7-10 procedures per day; ERCP option available
• The hospital has its own IM Residency Program and plans to establish a GI Fellowship Program in 2026
• Total income into the $1M range, with a negotiable base salary of $750-800K plus wRVU upside
• Sign-on bonus of $50K, $100K in student loan repayment, CME allowance, 25 days PTO, full benefits, and retirement/401K options
