We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in building our Charlotte headquarters. You’ll be responsible for hiring top talent across a wide range of functions—including finance, accounting, operations, marketing, engineering, human resources, and more—as we scale rapidly. What You’ll Do :
Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
Source and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, talent communities, and networking events.
Apply a strong eye for talent to assess resumes and conduct initial screens, identifying high-potential candidates early in the process.
Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver a seamless, efficient, and positive experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent pipeline development.
Drive process improvements and contribute to building scalable recruitment best practices across the team.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values in every candidate interaction.
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and continuously optimize efforts.
What You’ll Bring : 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or scaling company.
Demonstrated success recruiting across a wide range of corporate functions (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, HR).
Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
High level of adaptability, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-evolving environment.
