Own large-scale engineering projects that deliver immediate value to customers while establishing technical foundations for future growth Ship impactful features across both frontend and backend environments Work directly with founders to bring new products from zero to one Leverage cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies to create innovative solutions Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and rapidly implement improvements Contribute to a product that's transforming how go-to-market teams operate Ideal Candidate Background
1-3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a track record of shipping significant features to respected SaaS products Frontend experience with TypeScript and React Backend experience with Node.js Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) Previous experience as an early startup employee, an engineer at a rapidly growing scale-up, or as a rapidly promoted engineer at a large tech company Customer-obsessed mindset with experience working directly with users Independent yet collaborative work style with a reputation for helping team members Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in building AI/LLM-centric products and features Creative problem-solving abilities Demonstrated history of rapid professional growth Experience in the sales tech or go-to-market tools space Compensation & Benefits
