Position Overview CRA’s Forensic Services practice supports companies in responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, and non-compliance. We deploy cross-trained forensic professionals to help clients gain insights and value quickly, assisting them in managing challenging events and building resilience. Responsibilities We seek a Consulting Associate for our offices in Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, or New York. You will utilize CRA’s eDiscovery technology to process, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights, working closely with senior leadership and project teams. Responsibilities include: Supporting database administration, data processing, review management, and user experience tasks; Conducting data analysis to support senior consultants and clients; Utilizing database skills for analyzing large data sets; Investigating evidence for litigation and expert support; Ensuring analysis quality through reviews; Assisting with corporate initiatives, recruiting, and training as needed. Desired Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience; Knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery processes; Experience with Relativity, including administration and data loading (certifications beneficial); Experience with electronic data processing tools like Nuix; Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access; Understanding of search term analysis and quality control in eDiscovery; Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; Ability to travel minimally.
