Automotive Claims Adjuster

for our client in Fenton, MO. In this role, you'll review vehicle service contract claims, authorize repairs, and communicate with repair shops, vendors, and customers. It's a great opportunity to apply your automotive background in a professional office setting.

What You'll Do: As a, you'll review, process, and make decisions on mechanical and appearance-related vehicle service contract claims. You'll handle calls, emails, and documentation from repair facilities and customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service while hitting individual and team performance targets.

Core Responsibilities:

Answer inbound mechanical and appearance-related claims via phone, email, and fax Review documents and determine claim eligibility Authorize or deny repairs based on contract terms and ensure accurate documentation Work with vendors to validate pricing, parts availability, or schedule inspections Provide professional, courteous service on each interaction Maintain accurate notes and attach documentation in the system of record Support departmental service levels and productivity goals Additional Duties:

Assist with admin tasks, projects, and process updates as needed Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For: Required:

2+ years of experience in automotive repair, parts, or service (e.g., technician, mechanic, parts manager, service advisor) 2+ years of customer service experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Team-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude Commitment to delivering excellent service

Bonus:

Call center experience, bilingual (Spanish), associate degree
