salary range - $19.70 - $20.20

Job description:

This position is responsible for ensuring resident and staff safety by being responsible for repairs to the buildings and furnishings as well as up-keep of the grounds including lawn care and snow removal.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in maintenance field preferred

References to verify competency required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required
