Maintenance Tech Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling equipment
Makes daily checks of equipment to assure proper operation
Conducts testing of emergency equipment and maintains logs
Reports equipment and supplies needed to perform tasks
Keeps mechanical rooms clean and in order

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Must have one year of experience in property maintenance, preferably in multi-family, senior community or healthcare environment
