Maintenance Technician

You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly
