In this pivotal role, you will provide vital support to the Head of HR while engaging in a diverse spectrum of HR functions, with an emphasis on recruitment and performance management.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across various HR domains, including learning and development, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and coaching. You will be at the helm of our analyst program, guiding emerging talent, and work collaboratively with other HRBPs on total rewards, immigration, compensation strategies, and organizational events.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of HR experience, demonstrating a robust proficiency in performance management and recruitment. The role demands quick-thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
