St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for engaging and professional afternoon/evening Servers for Jill's Restaurant, whose primary responsibility is to provide a memorable and luxurious dining experience for all guests.

Essential Job Functions:

Understand the importance of, and adhere to, the Hotel's luxury service standards. Perform all opening, running, and closing duties; prepare all food and beverage stations for service. Inspect service stations and guest tables to ensure they have been set to standard specifications. Follow appropriate service sequences and timing protocols. Remain knowledgeable about all menu items and drink offerings; provide guests with information on specials as applicable. Request guest identification when legal drinking age is in question. Accurately use the Point of Sales system and handle guest payments correctly and honestly. Perform side work whenever possible to ensure items remain properly stocked. Work proactively and professionally to ensure overall guest satisfaction and elevate any issues/concerns to the attention of the Jill's Restaurant management team. Other duties as requested by manager. Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required. Fine dining/luxury hospitality experience highly preferred. Must be able to stand for several hours at a time, have excellent verbal/written communication skills, and able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis. Ideal candidate is someone friendly and outgoing, who can work well both as part of a team and autonomously. Valid TIPS certification required, or must be obtained within 45 days of hire. Open and flexible availability is required. Interested candidates must be able to work
