We’re excited to invite recent college graduates to join our New Graduate Program and launch their careers in semiconductor equipment maintenance.

Program Overview: As a New Graduate Equipment Maintenance Technician, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals while working in a dynamic cleanroom environment. You’ll help support and maintain advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools, gaining exposure to cutting-edge equipment and high-tech processes.

What You’ll Do

Learn to perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment

Shadow experienced technicians and gradually take ownership of tools in specific process areas

Support efforts in improving equipment uptime and operational efficiency

Work across process areas such as PVD, CVD, Etch, Photolithography, and CMP

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals

Participate in special projects and cross-functional learning opportunities

Training Provided On: You will be introduced to equipment from industry-leading suppliers, such as:

Applied Materials (Endura, Centura, P5000)

Lam Research (9600, 9200, Rainbow)

TEL (Telius, Unity)

Novellus (Inova, Vector)

SPTS (APM, Bosch Etch)

ASM (Eagle 12)

Anelva (7100Mega)

Requirements:

Recent graduate or upcoming graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field

A strong interest in semiconductor technology and hands-on technical work

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)

Work Environment This role is based in our wafer fabrication facility (fab), involving extensive walking and frequent handling of tools and parts weighing 8+ pounds. You will be working in a cleanroom environment requiring special gowning.
