Stateside Vodka Brand Manager

Job Summary As the Stateside Vodka Brand Manager at Stateside Brands, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for Stateside Vodka. This role is crucial to driving brand equity and ensuring long-term profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer marketing, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies. Execute the brand's key initiatives through innovative, consumer-centric programs. Collaborate with senior leaders to establish a cohesive brand strategy across marketing channels. Develop and execute promotional campaigns and programs to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Manage the advertising and promotional budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources. Collaborate on social media strategies and execution. Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives. Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs. Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

MBA is preferred.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in brand management within the alcoholic beer and/or spirits industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of both on-premise and off-premise channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Availability to travel as required (estimated 25%). Military experience is a plus. Compensation

Estimated Base Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including location, skill set, experience, and qualifications. The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
