We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an administrative role within our fleet and maintenance department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks related to fleet and equipment maintenance
Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with the tracking and scheduling of maintenance services
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in equipment or shop administration is
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
Experience with HCSS software is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
