Position Summary:
A Recruiter will lead the recruitment strategies and activities for US recruiting efforts in partnership with the HR team. This role is responsible for recruiting/hiring using web-based sourcing, applicant tracking systems, database creation and maintenance, building strong referral networks, client behavioral interviewing and closing techniques.
Essential Position Functions: • Design and execute a recruiting strategy best suited to the business needs in partnership with Sr VP, Human Resources. • Source and screen candidates for multiple concurrent positions using determine sourcing and recruiting techniques. • Create database of sourcing channels and establish strong referral networks to build candidate pool. • Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to source, screen, interview candidates with ability to handoff the final offer and onboarding activities to the Human Resources team. • Develop, maintain, and communicate recruiting processes with hiring managers to ensure roles and responsibilities and timelines are understood by all involved. • Maintain ongoing tracking of candidate activity and status for each position to HR leadership and business partners as required.
Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; otherwise, equivalent experience • Spanish fluency preferred • Min 5 years' experience in full sourcing and recruiting. • Experienced knowledge of US labor law • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Good interpersonal and multitasking skills • Strong organizational, problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously • Must work well in a team environment with the ability to meet personal and team deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Drive/Documents • Demonstrated personal accountability • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends
