Accountabilities:

Sell financial products focused on material financing and pay application advances to commercial subcontractors. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying new prospects and reactivating dormant accounts. Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers including suppliers, general contractors, and bankers to generate referrals. Engage all levels of a subcontractor's organization to embed financial solutions into their operational workflows. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriting to ensure territory growth and responsible risk management. Actively manage a robust sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to leadership. Requirements

7-10 years of experience in full-cycle, outside B2B sales. Proven success in building and scaling territories and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling to commercial subcontractors is highly preferred. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and other modern sales tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Benefits
