Roles and Responsibilities
As a part of the IT Team, the IT Dispatcher's roles will include: Dispatch:
Assigning tickets and scheduling engineers Answering and routing calls Manage service ticket board Create tickets Review and close tickets Manage tickets as they need Dispatch attention Manage Engineers overall workload and productivity Procurement/inventory management
Receive in packages Labeling and inventory of received packages Organizing/managing client and internal inventory area Track hardware once it leaves inventory area to client site Create shipping labels and ensure shipments are sent out
Company vehicles
Taking for routine oil change and routine maintenance Documentation of mileage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer and operating system knowledge. Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment. Punctuality and ability to be in office. Extremely detail orientated. Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately. Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details. Client-Focused Resilience: having the capacity to manage stress and frustrations while maintaining a client-centric approach. Thrives in Adversity: remains composed during challenging or demanding days. Keeps a calm and focused demeanor during periods of high stress.
