Requirements - Experience: At least 2 years of estimating experience, ideally within the commercial construction realm. - Education: Degree or certification in construction management, estimating, or a related discipline preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficient in estimating software such as Procore or Buildertrend, alongside expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and blueprint reading. - Industry Knowledge: A strong grasp of commercial carpentry methodologies, materials, and adherence to industry standards. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, aiding professional interactions with clients, vendors, and team members. - Attention to Detail: Adept at handling complex data sets and identifying discrepancies or inaccuracies in drawings and estimates. - Problem-Solving: A proactive disposition towards identifying challenges and devising effective solutions.
