Program Management Support Specialist
in the
Las Vegas, NV area
. Under general supervision and applying program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise, provide support including clerical and administrative services to the assigned Operations sector of contract operations. Produce routine program and general correspondence, documentation, presentations, briefings, and reports.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide transportation and escort of personnel at duty locations.
Ensure personnel have completed all paperwork, badging and security clearance requirements, as required.
Provide drug testing and administrative support as required
Support instruction of company training, communication of training requirements, completion of training paperwork and documentation.
Assist in administration of Awards and Recognition Program including preparing documentation, processing requests and scheduling.
Assist in CR system submission, documentation, scheduling and completion.
Assist, liaison with HR, in investigation and documentation in support of Amentums Progressive Disciplinary Policy.
Interface with internal functional teams for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support of and achievement of customer goals.
Prepare or assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instruction procedures and/or related material.
Assist in the maintenance of master files and schedules related to program history.
Assist in the maintenance of general program reports and projects, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives.
Review, analyze, provide comments, and provide assessments of technical and non-technical program reports; research specific areas and prepare findings.
Interact with and provide administrative and technical support, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of the assigned program management tasks.
Analyze and track project budgets, schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the company sector management and customer.
Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Compensation:
The annual starting salary rate for this position is $70,000.00 annually.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred or a related field and 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
Administrative Support experience, Word, Excel, SharePoint familiarity required.
Position requires travel.
The assigned work site requires a Top-Secret security clearance.
Possess a valid state issued driver's license.

Typical office environment, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
