A successful manager in this role will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes safety, quality, accountability, trust, and teamwork.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing subject areas. Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Leads, develops and motivates employees. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment. 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams in a formal and /or informal leadership roles Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace. 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading teams. 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership. An FAA Airframe and Power Plant License or an FAA Repairman's certificate Ability to obtain a Top Secret or active Top Secret is preferred for VC-25A. Relocation:

Summary Pay Range: $124,950 - $169,050
