Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate our marketing and creative services, translating insights into visually engaging campaigns and presentations that connect with our customers and support our business growth.

As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will blend design expertise with strategic marketing support to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll lead creative initiatives while collaborating with Sales, R&D, and customer teams to craft compelling content, campaigns, and experiences

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute design-driven marketing materials aligned with Bell's global brand standards Lead the design of digital and print collateral, including brochures, social content, trade show graphics, trend tours, and more Translate market research, consumer insights, and internal strategy into visually impactful customer presentations Support marketing campaigns through branding, storytelling, and innovative design across all platforms Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive activity Partner with internal teams to deliver customer-specific tactics that support new product innovation Lead marketing data analysis and utilize tools to inform creative direction Manage external vendors for printing, production, and campaign execution Be the go-to expert for managing Bell's digital asset management systems (e.g., BellHub) Perform additional administrative duties as required. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and/or marketing support Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and MS Office Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven strategy Strong design acumen with an eye for detail and brand consistency Ability to craft presentations that balance visual appeal and market intelligence Clear communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities Strong organizational and project management abilities Passion for trend research, innovation, and delivering unique customer experiences Why Join Us?
