Industrial Air Compressor Technician

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay range of $30-$40 per hour, plus overtime and bonuses Comprehensive Healthcare Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401K) Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days & Public Holidays) Ongoing training and developmental resources Company vehicle and mobile phone provided Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplied Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Expected working hours: 50 hours per week Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as necessary Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide safe service on industrial compressed air systems Conduct routine preventative maintenance on compressed air systems Perform emergency repairs, including after-hours and weekends as needed Troubleshoot all components of industrial compressed air systems, including: Air Compressors Dryers (both refrigerated and desiccant) Master Controllers Work independently while ensuring accurate completion of paperwork Proactively seek new service business opportunities, maintenance contracts, and parts/accessory sales Maintain responsibility for company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment Utilize good communication skills to resolve repair and installation challenges Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial field service or maintenance role Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proficiency in PLC and electrical controls troubleshooting and programming Familiarity with industrial electricity; comfort with 3-phase power Exceptional troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness Must possess personal general hand tools Strong organizational capabilities and PC literacy in Microsoft applications Must have a clean driving record and background Refrigeration certification is desirable but not mandatory How to Apply If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take your career to the next level, please submit your resume to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
